Returns

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.

Return Requirements

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused
  • Item must be in original condition
  • Item must be in original packaging

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or clearance-sale reasons.
